🧑‍💻 1. Personal settings

These settings apply only to you.

You can configure:

• Bot name displayed in your meetings

• Video recording: enable or disable automatic video recording

A simple click allows you to enable or disable the option.

👥 2. Global settings (team)

These settings apply to all members of your team.

You can set:

• Assistant (bot) image: Upmeet image, no image, or custom image

• Welcome message automatically sent by the bot when joining the meeting

• Global video recording: enable or not enable video recording for everyone

• Single bot for the team: one bot joins the video call even if multiple members are present

This prevents having multiple duplicate bots in your meetings.
