🎯 Purpose of this page
This page details all the advanced actions available to enrich, organize, translate, download, or delete a meeting.
You will learn how to:
download the audio or video of a meeting,
add and manage tags,
translate a summary or a transcription,
give your feedback,
delete a meeting,
access various additional options.
🎧 1. Download the meeting audio
1.1. What is audio downloading?
This option allows you to locally retrieve the audio recording of the meeting in MP3 format.
1.2. What is it for?
Re-listen to the meeting offline
Share the original audio
Archive the source files
1.3. How to download the audio?
Open the meeting.
Click on the three small dots at the top right.
Select Download audio.
The MP3 file appears immediately in your downloads.
⚠️ Recent changes to the report or transcription are not included in the audio (this is the raw file).
🎥 2. Download the meeting video
2.1. What is video downloading?
If your meeting comes from a video call or an imported video file, you can download the original video.
2.2. What is it for?
View the meeting in its complete version
Keep an audiovisual history
Use the video for archiving or later analysis
2.3. How to do it?
Open the meeting.
Click on the three dots.
Select Download video.
The video is downloaded in its original format.
🏷️ 3. Add a tag
3.1. Definition
A tag is a colored label used to categorize your meetings.
3.2. What is it for?
Organize your meetings by themes or projects
Quickly filter your meetings
Better structure your history
3.3. How to add a tag?
Click on Add a tag in the meeting.
Search for an existing tag or type a new name.
Choose a color.
Click on Validate.
The tag then appears next to the meeting title.
🌍 4. Translate the summary and the transcription
4.1. What is translation?
This feature automatically translates:
the summary,
the transcription,
into the language of your choice.
4.2. What is it for?
Share a meeting with foreign collaborators
Archive reports in a standardized language
Facilitate understanding of content produced in another language
4.3. How to translate a meeting?
Click on the three dots.
Select Translation.
Choose the language from the list or search for it.
Click on the language.
The translation begins automatically.
You will then find the transcription and the summary in the chosen language.
👍 5. Give your feedback
5.1. Why give feedback?
Your feedback helps improve:
the quality of the summaries,
the accuracy of the transcriptions,
the overall experience of the platform.
5.2. How to give feedback?
Open the meeting.
Click on Give your feedback (or via the three dots).
Select:
👍 to indicate that the summary is satisfactory
👎 if the result is not satisfactory
Add a comment (optional).
Click on Send.
Your feedback is sent to the Upmeet team.
🗑️ 6. Delete a meeting
6.1. What is deletion?
This action permanently deletes the meeting from your dashboard.
6.2. What is it for?
Clean your history
Delete an irrelevant meeting
Erase a test or a duplicate
6.3. How to delete a meeting?
Click on the three small dots.
Choose Delete the meeting.
Confirm the deletion.
⚠️ This action is irreversible.
🗃️ 7. Other available actions
7.1. Copy the summary
Instantly copies the summary to your clipboard for pasting into:
an email,
a document,
an internal chat.
7.2. Copy the meeting
Creates a complete copy of the meeting in your space.
7.3. Sorting options by tags
Allows filtering your meetings by associated tags.
