Getting started with Upmeet
Desktop application
The Upmeet desktop application allows users to record meetings on Mac and Windows without the presence of a "bot" participant. It captures audio locally to generate transcriptions and summaries, providing a more discreet experience for client-facing calls.
🔑 Key Features & Benefits
- Bot-Free Recording: Eliminates the need for an extra participant in the call, removing awkward questions from clients or prospects.
- Seamless Integration: Works with Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Unified Dashboard: All recordings (bot, desktop app, or mobile) sync to the same Upmeet account and appear in the main "Meetings" page.
- Flexibility: Users can choose between the bot or the desktop app on a per-meeting basis.
