💳 Subscription management and billing
🎯 Goal of this page
This page explains how to manage your Upmeet subscription, view billing information, and cancel your subscription if necessary.
You will learn:
where to find billing information,
how to view your next due date,
how to cancel your subscription,
how to reverse a mistakenly made cancellation.
📍 1. Where to manage your subscription?
Subscription management is done from the Settings of your account.
Access path:
Settings
Content and Privacy
Billing
In this section, you will find all the information related to your subscription.
📄 2. Billing information
2.1. What can be found in the Billing tab?
You can view:
your current plan,
your next billing date,
the items related to your subscription,
the status of your subscription (active or canceled).
This view allows you to maintain total control over your commitment.
❌ 3. Cancel your subscription
3.1. How to cancel?
In the Billing tab, a button is available at the top right:
➡️ Cancel my subscription
Just click this button to initiate the cancellation process.
3.2. What happens after cancellation?
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current period.
No new charges will be made.
🔁 4. Cancellation made by mistake
If you clicked on Cancel by mistake, don’t worry.
The same button will allow you to reactivate your subscription.
The interface will clearly indicate the status of your subscription.
You can thus go back as long as the current period has not ended.
📥 5. Download an invoice
In the Billing tab, you can access your invoice history, located at the bottom of the page.
5.1. How to download an invoice?
Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page until you reach the Invoices section
Click on the desired invoice (invoice line)
A window will open automatically
Click on Download the invoice to retrieve the document (PDF)
✅ This allows you to easily keep a copy of your payment receipts.
