The "Shared with me" section in Upmeet is a centralized hub for accessing meetings shared by collaborators or team members. It allows users to review, analyze, and export meeting data even if they were not the original creator or recorder of the session.

- Centralized Access: View all meetings sent to you, including team-shared meetings and forwarded content.
- Full Content Visibility: Access minutes, full transcripts (with timestamps and speaker identification), and existing tags.
- AI-Powered Analysis: Utilize the AI Chat to ask questions, request specific summaries, or analyze passages within shared meetings.
- Collaboration: Forward received meetings to other team members without altering the original meeting's access rights.
- Export & Portability: Download content as PDF or DOCX, or copy the summary directly to the clipboard for use in emails, CRMs, or internal documents.

🛠 How-To Guides
Using AI Chat
- Access: Located at the top right of the meeting interface.
- Functionality: Use "Start a chat" for new queries or "Previous chat" to review past AI interactions.
- Example Prompts:
- "What decisions were made?"
- "Who talked about topic X?"
- "Summarize the actions to be taken."
Sharing & Exporting
- Sharing: Open the meeting > Click Share > Select recipients > Choose whether to include the transcript > Send.
- Exporting: Open the meeting > Click Export > Select format (PDF/DOCX) and options (transcript, timestamps, speakers) > Download.
- Copying: Click the three dots menu > Select Copy to clipboard.
💡 Important Notes
- Organization: Shared meetings appear in a list format, sorted by date (most recent first).
- Permissions: When you share a meeting you received, you are only sharing the minutes; you do not modify the rights or ownership of the original meeting.
