🎯 Purpose of this page
This page presents the Shared with me space, where you can find all the meetings that other users have sent you.
You will learn:
where to find the shared meetings,
how to view them,
what actions you can take on them,
how to use AI and exports even if you are not the creator of the meeting.
This space centralizes all the content that your collaborators have sent you.
📂 1. What is the "Shared with me" section?
1.1. Definition
The Shared with me section includes:
the meetings that other users have chosen to send you,
the meetings from your teams that you are a recipient of,
your own meetings if a collaborator has forwarded or shared them with you.
1.2. What is it for?
To easily view all received meetings
To review the content of a meeting without having recorded it yourself
To access the minutes, the transcript, and AI tools
To work with the same information as your team
🔎 2. Accessing shared meetings
2.1. How do they appear?
The meetings appear in a list form, as in the Meetings tab.
They are sorted by date, from the most recent to the oldest.
2.2. What elements are visible?
For each meeting, you can see:
the title,
the date,
the potential tags,
the possible actions (chat, export, share, etc.).
📘 3. Viewing a shared meeting
When you open a meeting that has been shared with you, you can access:
✔️ The minutes
Automatic or personalized summary.
✔️ The full transcript
With:
timestamp,
speakers,
audio listening option if available.
✔️ The tags
The filters and classifications defined by the person who shared the meeting with you.
🤖 4. Using AI Chat on shared meetings
4.1. What is it for?
Even if you are not the owner of the meeting, you can:
ask questions to AI,
get additional summaries,
analyze specific passages,
generate comparative summaries.
4.2. Where to find the AI Chat?
At the top right of the meeting:
Start a chat,
Previous chat to review an AI conversation that took place about this meeting.
4.3. What questions can I ask?
The same as for your own meetings:
"What decisions were made?"
"Who talked about topic X?"
"Summarize the actions to be taken."
📤 5. Sharing a received meeting in turn
5.1. What is it for?
Even if the meeting does not belong to you, you can share it with other members of your team.
5.2. How to do it?
Open the meeting.
Click on Share.
Select the recipients.
Include or not the transcript.
Send.
You do not modify the rights of the original meeting: you are only sending the minutes.
📄 6. Export a shared meeting
6.1. Available formats
As with your meetings, you can export:
PDF
DOCX (Word)
6.2. Export options
You can choose to include:
the transcript,
the timestamps,
the speakers.
6.3. How to export?
Open the meeting.
Click on Export.
Choose the format and options.
Download the file.
📋 7. Copy the minutes of a received meeting
7.1. What is it for?
Copying the summary allows you to:
paste it into an email,
insert it into an internal document,
share it quickly via chat or CRM.
7.2. How to do it?
Click on the three dots.
Select Copy to clipboard.
The summary is immediately ready to be pasted.
