1.2. Can meeting notes be exported?

Yes.

You can export your meeting notes in PDF or DOCX format.

To do this:

1. Click on Export at the top right of a meeting.

2. Select the format.

3. Decide if you want to include the timestamp or certain sections.

1.3. How do I disable automatic sharing of the meeting notes?

To disable automatic sharing of a calendar:

1. Click on Calendar in the menu.

2. Select the desired calendar.

3. Edit the option Automatically share the meeting notes.

You can adjust this at any time for each synchronized calendar.
