📝 1. Modify the report

1.1. What is report editing?

Report editing allows you to modify or enrich the summary generated automatically by Upmeet.

You can adjust the tone, correct details, or complete important information.

1.2. What is it for?

  • Customize the style of the report

  • Add clarifications or missing decisions

  • Adapt the text to your internal organization

1.3. How to modify the report?

  1. Open the concerned meeting.

  2. Click on the three small dots (at the top right).

  3. Select Edit the report.

  4. An editor opens: you can directly modify the text.

  5. Save your changes.

All updates will be visible in the meeting.

🔄 2. Reprocess the meeting

2.1. What is reprocessing?

Reprocessing restarts Upmeet's AI to recreate:

  • a new summary,

  • an improved transcription,

  • or a different version based on a new prompt.

2.2. What is it for?

  • Obtain a more accurate version after manual corrections

  • Update the meeting using a more suitable prompt

  • Improve quality if the audio was difficult

2.3. How to restart the processing?

  1. Open the options (three dots at the top right).

  2. Click on Regenerate.

  3. Select:

    • Regenerate the meeting (summary + analysis),

    • Regenerate the transcription.

  4. Select a prompt if necessary.

  5. Confirm.

⚠️ Reprocessing may take a few minutes depending on the duration of the meeting.

🔁 3. Regenerate the transcription

3.1. Definition

This action completely recreates the transcription of a meeting.

3.2. What is it for?

  • Improve the quality of the transcription

  • Correct a poor language detection

  • Obtain a more faithful version if you have modified the participants

3.3. Steps to regenerate the transcription

  1. Choose Regenerate the transcription.

  2. A window opens: select the meeting language.

  3. Click on Confirm.

  4. Upmeet generates a new improved version.

👥 4. Rename participants

4.1. Why rename participants?

Sometimes certain first names or nicknames are misidentified, especially in meetings where speakers do not identify themselves clearly.

Renaming participants allows:

  • to obtain a more readable transcription,

  • to correctly associate each sentence with the right person,

  • to improve the consistency of the AI analysis.

4.2. How to rename a participant?

  1. Open the options of a meeting (three dots).

  2. Select Rename participants.

  3. A window displays the list of detected speakers.

  4. Modify the names as needed.

  5. Confirm.

The new names will be automatically applied throughout the transcription.

5.1. What is integrated editing?

Upmeet allows you to manually modify:

  • words,

  • sentences,

  • or incorrect passages in the transcription.
